How to form the letter K
A straight line down, then two short slanted lines from the middle: one up to the right, one down to the right.
What to watch for
Both slanted lines should meet the tall line at the same point, not at two different heights.
Words to say while tracing
Saying a word that starts with the shape, while the pencil is moving, links the letter to a sound instead of leaving it an abstract squiggle. Try kite, key and king.
